Working Student Project Management Office (PMO) (m/f/d)

EXTEDO is seeking a motivated and organized Working Student to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The PMO is responsible for managing and implementing projects, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of the project teams.

Your Tasks - as important as our Software:

  •  Assisting the PMO team in the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of projects
  • Collaborating with project managers, project teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Tracking project progress and identifying potential issues, and assisting in the development of PMO solutions
  • Creating of projects in the project management tool and further automation of the process
  • Creation of project control Excel sheets
  • Generation of ad-hoc reports for Professional Services management
  • Development of operations reports to analyze project performance
  • Participating in project stand-ups and providing support as required

Your Profile - as good as our Solutions:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as project management, business administration, or engineering
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
You can work 20 hours or less per week, more during the semester break. We are flexible and coordinate with you regarding your schedule.
