Junior Application Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks - as important as our Software:

 
  • Assist our international customers with support requests for our EXTEDO software products in 1st Level Support / Service Desk
  • Troubleshooting issues by searching our knowledge base, researching on your own or consulting with the team is your daily business
  • Communicate and document issue status on a regular basis (internally and externally)
  • Maintain and optimize our service queues, our knowledge base and our Customer Portal
  • Process orders and license requests and inform customers about new product versions
  • Proactively contribute your ideas and help to implement them to make our support services even more valuable for our customers
  • You are constantly learning and expanding your competencies regarding our EXTEDO products, IT technologies and your regulatory know-how
  • Work in a cross-functional team and get involved in innovative projects for sustainable process improvement
     

Your Profile - as good as our Solutions:

 
  • You have completed a technical apprenticeship (e.g. IT specialist with focus on system integration) or a higher qualification
  • You have a strong comfort level with computers and software in general - experience in software technical support would be a plus
  • You are fluent in English (verbally and in writing). German is highly appreciated and additional languages are very welcome
  • You love to explore problems and to develop solutions
  • You have a customer focused mindset, which is e.g. reflected in always responding to customers in a positive and friendly manner even under stressful circumstances
  • You remain calm, even in difficult situations
  • You have effective organizational and prioritization skills
  • You are an open-minded team player
  • You enjoy contributing your ideas and implementing them as well as learning something new every day
