Service Desk Support Specialist (m/f)

Your Tasks - as Customer Savvy:

 
You learn all about the EXTEDO products during our onboarding process and start as a team member in the customer support team. With your technical understanding, you actively guide, mentor and train our customers to use our software applications in an optimal way. The Knowledge Base and FAQ’s of the customer support team will help you find solutions for the incoming issues and questions. If you don’t find an answer, your colleagues from the second- or third-level team will support you. You work with state-of-the-art tools, like Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Confluence and participate in projects to constantly improve how we support and influence the product direction based on customer feedback. You collaborate with our global support team to serve customers worldwide and to improve the processes and working environment of your department.

You have completed your studies or technical education, such as IT Specialist or you have other relevant qualifications or experience - young professionals are welcome, too! It is your passion to help customers solving technical issues and you like technology. As a team player, you keep calm in difficult situations and are you able to build positive customer relationships.
